This location was incredibly peaceful, we came here with our dog and he was able to enjoy the entire backyard without any worries since it's gated. The community is quiet, experienced no issues, and everyone keeps to themselves. The house itself was clean, beautiful, and accurate to the description provided by Ann. She was a wonderful communicator daily, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out instructions were simple, we had no issues during our stay. We will continue to use this Airbnb everytime we visit family in Augusta. Thank you Ann!

Really appreciated being able to stay at Ann’s home for a quick visit to the area. The home was 100% as advertised, comfy, extremely clean, and matched our needs perfectly. In addition, Ann’s communication and the information provided throughout the trip made this rental super smooth. Highly recommend to those considering renting here.

Our stay at Ann’s place, The Designer Magnolia Haven, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The home is even more beautiful in person! Stylish, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly clean. Every detail was carefully considered, which made the space feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time.
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was easy, and the home was well-prepared with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the space was spotless, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind and feel at home. It truly felt like a perfect mix of a high-end stay and a cozy getaway.

The house was clean and the host was super helpful and responsive when asked questions. It was easy access and loved that the kitchen had everything you would need to cook at home. Super helpful for a little family time getaway weekend. Has everything you could need and check in and out was a breeze, definitely would stay again next time we’re in town! :) also comfy beds!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was exceptionally clean…truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The towels were fresh and hotel quality, and the whole space was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It was also very easy for my elderly grandmother to access, which made our trip even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay here again!

Ann’s place was amazing! Everything looked just like the photos, it was absolutely stunning. Ann was very proactive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Definitely worth the price. 10/10

We were in town visiting our son. This was a lovely, quiet place on a cul-de-sac. The WiFi was super fast for my remote work days. Groceries, restaurants, coffee were all within 10-15 minutes away. Very clean and comfortable.
